kaushik404 Yeah.. I daily take food supplements. They are very essential to our body. I take dry fruits, fruit punches, fruits,dates etc. These are are good food to take. This keeps me very healthy.

kaushik404 I use to have two copies for my data. one is the external hard disk and back up in CD. so, If I lose any one, I can have the other copy of data. I feel these two data storages would be fine.
