kelzuk You can try looking on the internet for wholesale or distributors for what you would like to sell, some places do have a minimum order but if you want a business its a good thing to do... and if your a sole trader then there shouldnt be a problem good luck...

kelzuk Hi shakeroo I am sort of getting there and have this week played scrabble between 3 of us, can take days or weeks depending how long the other users login.... there is alsorts to do but getting the hang of it is a thing.... if you dont login you will never...

kelzuk Hi dolly you are so right the smaller your meals the better, also hint for you dont eat after 7pm and cut the salt out and the most important drink plenty of water..... kelz and dont forget to exercise as that is the main improtant thing... kelz

kelzuk I was on xenical and i lost 4 stone from sept05 till december 05 from 17 stone to 13stone it was brilliant till my nurse left in feb 06 and my dr took me off then straight away and i lost all confidence as he gave me no help whatsoever, and still i get no help...
