KennethF I use Craigslist to find renters for my investment property. I have been successful with the quality of tenants coming from Craigslist. You get a more local community of people.

KennethF The Lords Prayer cannot be prayed too much. It is a model we all need to follow. It is what really is and really matters. "Daily bread" refers to the supply of right ideas that "our Father" gives us. It is up to us to put those God given ideas to work.
