Bob Seger began his long career in the early sixties as a member of the Decibels. He subsequently joined Doug Brown and the Omens as organist, but was installed as their vocalist and songwriter when talents surfaced.

kerijate I think he has a unique sound for his time. Well worth grabbing a couple of albums and having a listen. I do feel some of his harder hitting stuff is garage. But good garage!

I think Chris Cornell was great in Soundgarden until 1992, he war a real metal singer. Now he is more calm and I appreciate his Euphoria Morning and Unplugged concert while I don't like much Audioslave. What about you?

kerijate I am aware of his contributions to the songs you've mentioned. They are great songs. But i will always choose John's lead vocal over Paul's - I think you'll find The Beatles did too. That is why John mainly sings lead.

They say this was one of the greatest car chase sequences of all time. I only know of a few realistic car chases in movies & i think BULLITT is the best.
