khatty01 Yes, we must consult it first to our dermatologist because not all products give true details & information. And not all of them apply to all skin types. Some would just irritate the skin. So in order to avoid this, we should ask first our dermatologist.

khatty01 I've already experienced that. But maybe there's a problem when you call their hotline. Because I also called them and they give me a respond and they helped me on what will I do. They said all the details, step by step, in order that it won't happen again.
