What fruit have you ate today?

I've had quite alot today.At breakfast i had a banana.Throughout the day i ate an apple,some grapes and a kiwi fruit. For desert tonight i had chopped strawberries with icecream, Yum! What have you had today? :)

10,000 steps a day

I've been told several times that the healthy amount of walking to do per day is 10,000 I bought a pedometre and now make sure i reach that 10,000 mark. Just wondering, how many do you manage a day? :)

Broken phone..

I had my arms full earlier today, amongst a load of stuff was my phone and a glass of water! The two DO NOT mix. My phone fell straight into the glass! Now it wont switch on D*m it!
