kingie In my opinion,it depends on ur job which you work at.As a a movie or music star,sure,the look is important.If you work as a teacher or researcher,it isn't necessary for to care your look.

kingie Sometimes,I can't control myself when I am irrtated.However,I try my best to control myself while some trouble troubles me because of my growing.It's good for us to control ourselves if I could.It's necessary release yourself which don't affect everybody.

kingie It's awfully good to walk round if you have some stress,especially with your friends or your girl.You could release yourself by this way.But I don't go shopping when I am affected by stressful situations.

kingie I will not sleep if listening to music. Usually,I count my fingers from 1 to 10 silently again and again. And then I'll sleep.Sometime,I listen to something that does not interest me when it hard for me to sleep.
