Hai everybody, I am housewife my daughter is champion in roller skating. how to improve her stamina? she is now 7years how to increase her weight?

kiranpulsar2007 hi miss veena ... eating ice creams in the night times it automatically increases the weight wake up early morning your daughter and get into stadium and do running as much as possible do sprints it makes fitter and stronger
