kitikatz I reach out for my mobile phone to turn it off coz i use it as my alarm clock. Then I check for messages received, then I lay back down for awhile.. think... talk to God, think about how I should spend my day, think about the future, usually future plans...

kitikatz drink alot of water or juice. take a good rest. and try gargling a mouthwash every hour. it will help fight the virus that could eventually cause a cough. take a paracetamol and sleep.
