I do this, but not as bad as I use to. I catch my self now, and try to stop. I do it when I get nervous. I know this is a habit, I need to quit. I have bitten my fingernails until my fingers where sore.

kitokito Yeah, I know how you feel. I do the same. I think it's got to do with nerves. Maybe we should try meditation or something, to help with the anxiety :) I sometimes find myself thumbsucking too when I'm about to fall asleep but still thinking lots of thoughts....

kitokito I love steamed brocolli! Paired with chili hot sauce on soya oil base... This soya based sauce or paste are you usually available in chinese restaurants. Yummy! way to go to eat your healthy veggies :)

kitokito That's why envy is one of the seven mortal sins. It seemingly is harmless but can result to unwanted consequences of greed. Satisfaction is relative for each individual... We focus too much on ourselves that we forget to understand others as well.

kitokito I'm a girl but I love speed. Always have. Would love to try speed racing on a racing bike. Of course, the price of those bikes are so darn high and the costs of this hobby is too much for my budget :) But would love to try it though
