knivez yes according to my friends also there is a lot of agents who allowed to exchanged funds but they asked for fees .. mostly if you transfer funds alertpay .. alertpay has a big rate of fees so they will ask for fees also. You cannot transfer funds directly...

knivez whew .. been victim in a lot of scam ptc sites .. the bad thing on it when you reach the minimum theres a lot of reasongs before cashing out somtimes the payout are dis abled,you need to invest and some are really not paying , you requested for payment at it...
