mikko soller @sharon6345 That's what they do, but there are hospitals who won't allow them to get out without settling the bill so they just escape. But those cases are mostly not contagious, just expensive.

mikko soller The main reason I know of why they escape is because of the hospital bill that they need to pay if they stay longer. But agree there should be other ways to handle cases such as this.
