how much coffe do you really consume in a day?

i used to take about 3-4 cups, but now i'm down to 1-2, i'm not sure if it canreally keep you awake and active...i used to think it worked for me, but now it has no effect whatsoever...i am still always sleepy...how about you?

krizzy04 Without coffee, I am nothing! I can finish off a heapin' dozen cups of it. It keeps my sanity! I cannot imagine life without it!

Have you tried injectable glutathione to smoothen and whiten skin?

I have heard a lot about this product. It's actually the craze in Asian countries. Is it effective? Have anybody tried this one?

krizzy04 For an ordinary person like me, yes it's an expensive brand. Their pair of shoes starts at $70-80, and that's a wee bit high for me. Their items are of quality though, so I bet it's worth the dough.
