I used to drink 2-3 cups per day, but now I taper it to 1 cup per day only. I used to be a coffee-addict chick, but I think it's not healthy if we take in more than what is usually prescribed.

I drink three to four cups of coffee a day, usually in the morning. It doesn't effect me eiter, even if I drink it at night, I still find that I can sleep just fine. I don't drink coffee to stay awake, I drink it because I like the taste. I seem to be always sleepy too, lol.

Hi cookieweber! I usually just drink coffee on weekend mornings. I love a nice cup or two on Saturday and Sunday after not being woke up by the alarm clock. I don't know why I don't drink it during the week. I guess it's part of my weekend luxery.lol

In a day I usually drink a big glass of coffee, but not directly out. One big glass usually for a few hours. And the effect to keep to stay awake and active.

Hi there Cookie Weber!
I remember having five to six cups of coffee a day when I was in college the first time. Now, I only have one cup on school days, and no coffee at all on days when we don't have classes.

I usually find myself drinking 2 - 3 pots of coffee a day... I'm not sure how many cups they come out to... I know on the pot itself, it says 12 cups but I use different size cups so it comes out to be less than 12 cups... But usually, I go through at least 2 pots of coffee... Coffee seems to have opposite affect on me, especially at night or when I'm overly tired... When I come home & sometimes I can't fall asleep & I drink 1 - 2 cups of coffee & it helps me sleep... Otherwise, coffee doesn't really have any other affects... I drink it becuase I've always liked the taste of black coffee...
