how many hours of sleep do you need to get a good nites rest?

krupskaya It depends on the age. Teenagers are supposed to get atleast 8 hours of sleep. Whereas, ex-teenagers can go around with 6-7 hours of sleep. I get around with 6 hours of sleep. But in times of crisis, like exams (lol), 4 hours is all that I can manage. It's...

krupskaya Get a regular check-up done. It hardly takes time. I suggest once every 2 months. That done, you are assured of brighter vision and clearer perception.
