ktine429 I agree with you.. Its like of giving donation than just lending money...But I can't really give donation as of the moment because I'm also short at this time.. I will just explain nicely to her and hope she will understand also.

ktine429 Thanks for the advice. It's really hard to lend money nowadays... But I hope my friend can understand also my situation.And also I dont want to ruin our friendship just because of not letting her borrow money from me.
