When stressed do you eat or stop eating?

When I'm stressed I eat a lot, I crave for sweets and chocolates and ice cream... But when I really really depressed I don't have the strength to eat more... Usually I eat junk foods when stressed LOL.... How about you?

kunalv11 I face the same ..but generally i am not stressed..eating less overall is a good option though...i definately recommend it..but hardly practice it :-p

Facebook now has a video Call feature. Do you ever try it? Since to use it you need to install a software ( or maybe plug in ), it make a few people actually use it. As for me, i already download the installer but not yet install...

Some girls like to wear color contact lens to change their eye color. Perhaps they think that it will make them look prettier. Whereas I am not interested in wearing color contact lens, I don't even want to wear the contact lens...
