My father was diagnosed with this horrible disease in 1995. I have watched him slowly slip away as the years went by. I have also seen an emotional change in him too. There is no cure for this disease,so I cherish every moment...

I am so proud of my son. He is in the Army boot camp in Fort Jackson, SC. I am also scared to death that he will get sent overseas. I think any young person who decides to join the military these days should be honored. I can't...
