I love to make all sorts of things out of chocolate but I am stuck using baker's chocolate. Do any of you know where I can buy a higher quality chocolate or better yet the beans?

landaloo Oh yeah! I don't know why I didn't think of Williams Sonoma. That little food haven should have everything.

landaloo Sweet. Sounds just like what I need. I will be sure and check it out. And there is such thing as expensive when it comes to chocolate tehehe.
