landaloo yes you really do need to use the oven. But if you insist on trying to use the microwave for cake then you should try those dessert bowls. I think Betty Crocker makes them. And even those will get hard on the outside and unbaked in the middle.

landaloo I think that they are okay but like anything else to much of anything can be harmful. My doctor told me that taking too many pills can mess with your liver. It sounds as though you only take them when you need to and not all of the time.
