how to cure sorethroats quickly?..

i have a sorethroat..i use strepsils lozenges for a cure..but it isn't that effective on me..any other remedies possible?..any advice would be greatly appreciated..

Lanzong I will go to clinic to confirm whether the bacteria exist in my throat. If yes, I buy antibiotic and it's effective. But if no, this sore throad is happened always due to unheathy food. I will drink honeysuckle water and eat some mung bean. It's very useful.
