Yanzalong I guess the best way is to enjoy both--either joggin alone or with friends. I am used to joggin alone but if there are friends who want to join, that is okay too. Most of the time I go on my own.

Yanzalong Both jogging alone or in a group has each shortcoming. I prefer being alone as I know I am a slow jogger. Doing it in a group can be a lot of fun when the people in the group have the same endurance and fitness.
