LeeLow Well it could be anything from fresh herbs or just the basic flavour that come from what your cooking. Like when i cook mince, instead as adding salt i use oxtail soup. Or vegtable soup depending what the dish is. It all depends on what the dish is as to what...

LeeLow Well plenty of carbohydrates or potatoes seem to do the trick for most us Irish! lol I'm battling with my weight myself so if I find something better that works I'll let you know!! I heard somewhere eating extra eggs and dairy products help with weight gain...
