Talking about me it is impossible me to get into the dream without pillow means i can't sleep without pillow because i'm become habitual of it. I always use two or more pillow when i sleep. What your story friends..?

leighann675 Thankyou, it definitely does help me :) I used to do hot yoga, that was fun. I find yoga is particularly good for helping with breathing problems, but I haven't done it for a while. Stay happy :)

leighann675 It's not like I'm exactly fat either, I'm just not the skinniest of people. I am constantly trying to lose weight though so she definitely picks up on that. I think I will try and use her negative energy and use it positively to spur me to do more exercise....

leighann675 I think I will continue with the ghost thing bu try harder. And whilst I'm being quiet I can think of retorts to say, just in case it gets too much! I'm nineteen too and I am in the same position as you! It's difficult.

leighann675 Wow thankyou that is all advice I haven't really heard before. Awesome =) I have green tea in so will definitely do that. Is there an optimum amount of green tea to drink for maximum weight loss? I will struggle with the grains, but will cut down on it....
