liannejc I believe palmistry is a science and art. The readings have thier own basis or rationale. It may fortold the past nor predict the future but we have to put in mind that we draw our own path.

liannejc I walk and walk and walk until my feet drops. But if crying is inevitable i went to watch movies or to a funeral parlor and pour all the tears. Then I face the source and give his/her share. lol

liannejc I read about "Quality sleep comes if you experience the REM cycle". This is the time that body cells rejuvenate and the brain regain its maximum function. That is why we feel refresh and well rested even we got only few hours of sleep. An amazing event.

liannejc I quit my job coz it gave me no satisfaction anymore. I stayed because I thought it could make any difference but things were better said than done. It was a fraud thing. No regrets though since I did realized few things in life.

liannejc Did the article indicate why? I think cow's milk is OK. Most of the commercial milk are made of this kind. But compared to human milk, ours is lot more better...the best for babies.

liannejc It is a discipline. I rather call it that way. Some students may view it as reward because of school time off then the rule does not apply to thier type. Maybe the school adminitrator will look for an alternative that could be coupled with responsibilities...
