lifecontinueson07 This isn't the answer to your question, but doing whatever you can to replace your sodas with water-drink lots of water. Lack of water could actually cause fatique, headaches, and joints problem. So drink it up my friend. :)

lifecontinueson07 I don't think it matters if their deeds are publicized; but I admire those who do good deeds without expecting anything in return. Usually, humble people do not care if their deeds are publicized and most of the times their deeds are unnoticed.
