Do you think there is to much pressure to be a perfect mom? I do. The worst part is that it is moms putting the pressure on moms. For me though it is more my in laws, but I think that is the norm.

terriann Yes, we all want to be that perfect mom, I pray and ask God to help me be a better christian, better wife, and mom.I ask him to shape me and mold me in the kind of person he would want me to be, I want to set a good example for my kids.

catwoman1459 I have always stayed home with my kids and i still do. Teens need you even more, I think this is a big problem today. To many kids have no parenting and run wild. I have worked stay at home jobs and part time jobs to help out. Kids are more important to me...

jslymor I think it's great if a parent can stay home with their child, if at all possible. I do think it does depend on the financial situation though. Not everyone can do it, but if they can I think the consistancy of having a parent at home for the children benefits...

greeneyz I believe that moms or dads if they can should stay home with their kids. Too many kids now adays are coming home to an empty house and that can lead to all kinds of problems. Back in the day when you got home from school mom was there for you.

cajunmomma I think it all depends on the money situation. For me and my husband it is better on us that I stay home than work. That is only because it would cost us more money on gas if I did work. Day care would also take up all of my pay checks. Therefore, I don't mind...
