lilmom2 Hi succeednow, That is also great, meal time is really a family time! Time spent on the dinner table with the family should be time well spent. Time to share what ever had transpired during the day.

Which Vitamins do you need most when you have Cough and Colds?

I have learned from my kids' pediatrician that when a person has Cough and Colds he/she needs to take 2 tabs/capsules of Vitamin C a day. Usually Vitamin C is taken once a day when a person is not sick.

lilmom2 Same thing on my end. I call my husband, Dy (short for Daddy) and he calls me My (short for Mommy). As our kids grow they learned to call us Dy and My.
