liltan it easy . you discipline your self in the way to buy a stick of cigarets. example: this day you buy a five stick of cigarets , then onother day buy a 4 stick tell the end. everyday you can stop to smoke a 1 stick of cigarets . or you swallow a candy.

As I have mentioned in my first 2 posts, I am so angry with my husband about an hour ago at 5:00 am . He is sleeping while I am here at the side of our bed typing at my laptop to write my anger and post some other discussions....

liltan one way to take away your anger to see your husband sleepy then smile and say it normal for a men to drunk, and say to your self i advise him , always drink can harm in our body and i always worry every you drunk if what u do.

liltan for me that is the natural response of a wife a in their husband it because her wife got a worry for him they didn't know what happen it maybe sick cause of drinking alcohol every have a party in their house .
