I personally experience a lot of mood swings just listening to music.It takes me back to my old memories sometimes or makes me happy or sad and also makes me feel so romantic at times.Music can be such a stress reliever.

lissavalerian I use music often to set the mood. Certain types of music for concentration, another type for house cleaning, another for meditation, etc. music is a very powerful mood enhancer.
