liuenze Sleep too late often case me oversleep. If I play games or chat in midnight. I will feel very tired and oversleep at the next morning. And the other cause is drink too much beer.

liuenze I can't, I feel very hungry if I eat less food.But if we eat more food at the berekfast and lunch, eat less food at supper,and sleep later. We will not get fatter and fatter. If you didn't feel hungry ,eat less food. You will lose some weight.
