Restless Legs

So lately my legs have been going crazy at night when I try to settle down for sleep them seem to be crawling (my skin) or just I need to kick them out or something and I do, but it never seems to help much until I just ignor it...

lj2blessed I pray that all becomes well with your legs, and that you are able to sleep soundly. The best thing I've heard for it is a bar of soap under the sheets (near your legs)... Let me know if it works!
