Merchants are allowed credit card subcharge

I heard a couple of co - workers discussed, the credit card use subcharge is taking effect on this weekend. So, if you used your credit card on any of the purchase at any of those stores, they might impose 4% of credit card...

lmosgrove After I had my debit card for awhile, I decided to be modern and use it on a trip to a town an hour away. I used it twice at gas stations and once at McDonalds...and I later found out that they charged me a dollar on each transaction, for a total of $3.00...

lmosgrove Michelle Obama looked great in the bangs, and it made her look much younger. I have never liked bangs on me, and I will never have them, no matter how stylish they become.
