lomasbee OMG ...I DONT PRACISE WHAT I PREACH,...A BIT TIRED ..NOT ENOUGH SLEEP... I forgot to mention...WATER... clean fresh water..helps in removing toxins,flushing ouy the kidneys,someone already gave the formula in yr response section ,no need to repeat

lomasbee I looked at all the comments after mine,and they all are of great value.some result oriented,like the prune juice,comes from the moslem culture ,used to clean out the intestines after fasting,and water as medium for softening your stool
