loniu7 yes i agree i learned some very harsh lessons when i was younger. I always felt sorry for people. But that sure opened my eyes. I have a family with 2 boys and no time for selfish people.

loniu7 Thank you! I always have had a soft spot for kids. Just don't want the parents to resent me. Its not like im advertising they never feed their son, but if hes playing with my boys, i will make him some food as well. I dont think he tells his parents though....

Have you always been in a constant struggle with your weight? Have you tried millions of diets only to gain the lbs back? Have you found something that worked? a diet or exercise routine that has fought the battle of the bulge?

loniu7 Yes alcohol can put on some serious pounds. Ever heard of the freshman 20? Usually high school going into college students, who could eat anything they want. When they become of drinking age, can gain a few. Perhaps if we just started drinking younger......

loniu7 I agree. Diets can make you crash or even make you crave those naughty foods :) I think if you incorporate regular exercise you can at least maintain your weight, and depending on what type of exercise, tone, build muscle. I think it depends on your body. Some...

loniu7 Thanks. I just hope im not over stepping boundaries and such. Its not everyday, but quite frequently, but if hes hungry and i have extra i don't mind sharing every once in awhile :)

loniu7 Oh i so agree. You can let things get ya down, but i refuse. I keep pluggin along. The worst, the worst, is folding laundry! I hate it! If i could just hire someone just to do that, id be in heaven:)
