Sarah Pearse flus suck. my friends little girl just went through this. She ended up with 70 percent pneumonia in her lungs after all kinds of medicine and hospital stay . It was very sad to see. Always keep hydrated . so important

I would love to sleep early at night between 8:00 to 9:00 pm but I can rarely do that due to my very busy schedule in my online jobs. I wish I can do them regularly. Can you share your preferred time to go to sleep?

Sarah Pearse I sleep when I fall asleep 138 am right now and wide awake. I can pass out in an hour an be up three times all night , followed by 830 wake up. I don't know why I can't force myself to sleep longer. Must be afraid I'll miss something haha
