When is it a good time to answer you cellphone?

I have always had this problem with other people answering their cellphone calls in the wrong place at the wrong time, like in the public transport. I find it annoying, especially if the call is too personal and the person taking...

lramsey If you feel compelled to answer the phone find a private spot away from a crowd. If you are dining or meeting with other people and you need to receive an important call ask permission first. Use the silent or vibrate ringer as much as possible when in public....
