ElicBxn I read to myself because I read much faster than I can talk. I have been known to read something out loud if it just didn't make sense the first few reads, or if its instuctions that I just can't seem to get to stick in my head.

gemini_rose I read my books both ways, I read out loud when I read to my daughter, I read my books to my daughter as she loves to hear my books rather than her own. It sends her to sleep and I get to read too! Other than that when reading to myself I read quietly.
