lynnellemmanuel Rusale, as far as I know, you are not allowed to do so. I've read it in Adsense guidelines, something like that... However, you can blog or publish the same topic but not exactly as the same as you have posted in your blog. You can paraphrase it, etc. :)

lynnellemmanuel Yup, that's what they tell me. But just call again and tell them that you want to activate your card. After doing so, you can follow the steps. I promise, it will work. Because you can use SmartMoney online and Paypal is no exception :)
