I keep buying cauliflower because, well, it's in season. However I don't know what to do with it. Dh doesn't like curry, so that is out & we're tired of roasting it in the oven. Any suggestions? Cheryl

maciascl Now that sounds yummy! I have a head of cauliflower & a red peppper (don't care for green) in the fridge right now I need to use up.

maciascl I've seen a few recipes like this, but I keep wondering if you cook it whole, how do you manage to eat it? IF you cut it all the stuff on the outside will come off & I'm guessing that is the best part.

maciascl Thanks for the suggestions. Raw it doesn't do much for me. Not sure why though. Maybe I'd better give it another chance.

maciascl My mom actually went to school w/ a woman named Ima Hore. I've seent lots of other really horrible & sad names along that line, but by far the worst was having to call my District Manager to discuss the account for D*ck Mann. No joke this man chose to use that...
