How do I make a scruchie?

Those little things that are used as pony tail holders? I know it's a strip of fabric, and a piece of elastic, but I can't remember how it's all put together. Silly huh? Thank you in advance to anyone that can help. :)

gewcew23 You sew the fabric which is folded in half then weave the elastic through the fabric and sew the end of the elastic together. Then sew the ends of the fabric and that should make a scrunchie.
