I made the mistake of letting my son get a cat. Have you made that mistake?

I let my son get this kitten. There were rules clean cat box everyday and feed and water him. Shots for kitten and he has to be fixed. OK MOM Now I'm yelling clean the cat box. Are you saving money to have him fixed....
