majora1112 Eat less, exercise more- simple as that. Find out how many calories per day you typically eat by have a food diary for about a week(during christmas now probably isnt the best time for that:) ) Once you find that out, look up your RMR(Resting Metabolic Rate)...

We have three horses, all Appaloosas, are there many others here that also have horses? Here's a photo of one of the them, he's a solid chestnut appaloosa. He was curious what the camera was and took a closer look lol
