makrish no they shouldnt take rest at any cost at this stage because of the fact that we had no good performance since indias tour to west indies . so right now they should get through a series of win atleast in 2 series in order to get a strong positve mind set .

makrish among these ganguly is seem to be the best captain since the word captain doesnt mean their individual performance instead it is the power that controls the entire 11 coins (including him)in the ground to reach the destination point.
