Has it happened to you. Since yesterday and today morning my rating was '9' and now in the evening it is '8' what is happeneing?

I recently heard of Alert Pay. I have been with Paypal for so long that I never thought of looking at alternatives. Do you know of Alert Pay. How is it compared to Paypal. I tried E-gold or some such thing but wasnt too convinced...

I tried timeouts but whenever my kid is throwing a tantrum, she screams at the top of her voice and no matter what I do she doesnt listen at all. If you have kids how do you manage such situation? My girl is just over 3.

malsun Thanks Mammamuh, it gives me heart that they eventually grow out of it. When you are actually dealing with it, it seems never ending. Will try all that you say has worked for you with your girls. Will keep you posted how I am doing.

malsun Well tried that and though it works sometimes, she now keeps crying for endless hours.

malsun Thanks Jae. The good behavior chart sounds promising. Let me try that. Well she is already in the mouthy stage! So that and the tantrums.. too heavy for me!!
