margmats that's being confuse, it's normal... give time to yourself, you'll see you do the right thing... and don't be scare, things can go right or wrong, but if you stop doing things because you're scare you'll stop living... wish best of lucks!!

Do you have a right to smoke in your own home!

Here in Montreal there is a case going on where a landlord is taking her tenant to court because she is a smoker. The tenant maintains that she has a right to smoke inside her own home since she is not allowed to smoke outside...

margmats i agree with you... but even so, the landlord should fix the ventilation because if the smoke arrives to the halls, when she cokes that would probably hapen as well...
