MaSunny Both, I need the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. I am passionate about information technology and it can be a great income that comes out of it and that's great cuz I'm passionate about money and what it buys me.

MaSunny It's the whole "grin and bare and find time and productivity to fade it out" type of thing or she just wants to keep it locked in the past much like the rest of us have things that we'd rather not talk about, suppress, or get over with.

MaSunny Higher expectations can come once you reach a certain goal; once you reach the next goal, you increase the standard. It's due to ambition in this competitive world as well as seeking the material and unmaterial things we want to buy with money.

MaSunny It's subjective. However, there is a standard of talent that is objective, i.e. whether they sing in tune or not. Personal tastes, preferences, and different priorities of personality, charisma, fashion, and talent are the subjective part.
