Lels lels You should try e-cigarette. It's allows you to smoke everywhere and doesn't have a second hand smoke :) I tried it myself and got rid of smoking. I'm a proud smoke free person for months.

Lels lels well, that's my problem also.. I had been trying so hard but nothing seems to change..lol.. I've cut down carbo but they said the first thing you'll have to avoid are salty foods and fats, (that includes strachy foods)
