For me in my youth I guess I was always in the fast lane never taking time to stop and relax whereas as I have got a bit older I see it more like a gentle drive along a countryside lane sometimes having to speed things up a bit...

mccaw8 Hi Ellie333,i prefer having a mixture of the two.I think it creates a balance...but most of the time im taking a gentle drive,and im stil quite young.Like a very wise woman used to say..."yonke into inesikhathi sayo".Great post
