Do you have touble sleeping?What do you do about it? I usually don't have trouble getting to sleep but after 2 or 3 hour's Iam awake and can't get back to sleep.By,the time that I do get back to sleep,it's time to get up.

mcjingles I usually read a book or this usually helps me too, I take 2 teaspoons of honey about 1/2 hour before I go to bed and drink a cup of decaf hot tea... that works for me.... My husband died 3 years ago of Melanoma and ever since he died I have had a hard time...
